Thank you for shopping with The Butter Bar. Each order is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your products.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Butter Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. The Butter Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thebutterbarshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, they may soften or melt during transit in warm weather. This does not affect the quality of the product. To restore consistency, place the product in a cool area or refrigerate briefly.
