Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is put in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we create and ship.
Each product is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our hands.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thebutterbarshop@gmail.com. We are happy to make it right.
